The 3 boxes were delivered in 3 different trips so we caulked it up to a busy delivery company. We messaged the seller and had the instructions emailed to us within hours on New Years Day. We really appreciated the very fast response especially on a holiday. Great service. Had it together in a few hours and our daughter loves it.
Review: you have to have a high ceiling to be able to do this - Looks just like the picture the top is held in place with metal pins so you have to lift up the top and put it on the bottom on with holes and pins ligned up so you have to have a high ceiling to be able to do this

My initial worry was that this bed was not going to be sturdy enough for my bouncy 3 and 6 year old grandkids. I was wrong. This is a quality piece of furniture and they love it. It looks so good. I can’t say how it was to put together cause I paid someone to do it.
