A: HI, it depends how long are your steps, this profile is 0.9m long, generally it's 1 length per step.Kind regards

I have fixed it on two outside steps for some time no problem

**Q: Can nose trim be used on carpet to carpet if toplanding carpet is not same has stairs carpet**
A: I used for stair carpet to a wood floor it was perfect. So would say yes it can.

**Q: My stairs have a curved  lip that sticks out at the front of each step. Is that going to cause an issue?**
A: My stairs have a bull nose too and whilst it doesn't cover completely it still does a good job for me.
We are due to for a stair runner carpet.

Good quality aluminium step edge, this was used as a friend's kitchen / dine has a slightly different height. The step was really easy to fit, and the best thing was the rubber is flexible enough that it was really quick to reinstall after the step part was fixed down. I ordered this off Amazon and fitted it for my friend and his wife, they are really delighted with it, and I have to be honest it looks really professional and it complements their kitchen style perfectly whilst remaining unobtrusive, the price was good too!
