Faq Q: How long track do I need a: the track length need at least twice of the door panel width, a bit longer would be better Q: can I cut the track myself a: Yes, you can cut the track yourself to meet your need. Q: How much space do I need between the top of the door and the ceiling a: please refer to the picture on the listing shows the spec, we advise you leave 6" Minimum for installation Q: can I purchase two kits to join the track myself a: please send US message so that we can provide the extra track connector, please note that you will need to drill Hole and tapping on track yourself to mount the track connector. Q: How to clearance The door frame a: attach a wooden board with the same thickness as your frame into your studs first, and then mount the track onto the wooden board.

Review: this hardware cannot be mounted to drywall - funny they send plugs....Always use a nice thick and sturdy board to mount the track to. I used 1.25" ash hardwood. Mount the hardware to the board and then mount the board to the wall.

We have the door up, rail leveled when installing but now the door won't shut all the way and rolls back to the middle. There were supposed to be predrilled holes for attaching the handle with ease, but there were not. Not thrilled, but too much work went into putting it up so we are keeping it where it is.

A: Sorry ,our kit not include soft closers at present ,but our door stopper are cushioned by rubber caps for a quiet close to a certain degree

funny they send plugs....Always use a nice thick and sturdy board to mount the track to. I used 1.25" ash hardwood. Mount the hardware to the board and then mount the board to the wall.

The door is beautiful. The color is perfect for our home. Unfortunately the color scrapes off at the slightest scratch. Upon opening the box I found a broken piece. The broken board had a piece which snapped off at a weird angle. It took two days to get the board repaired. When placing the last side piece one of the cross boards did not fit/line up correctly. It was quite a stressful venture. The metal rail the door slides across bows. We have the door up, rail leveled when installing but now the door won't shut all the way and rolls back to the middle. There were supposed to be predrilled holes for attaching the handle with ease, but there were not. Not thrilled, but too much work went into putting it up so we are keeping it where it is.
