Amazon claimed the Stratocaster pick ups I returned were not pick ups at all, but a couple of magnets and photographs. I spoke to Macdaddy on the phone and explain to them that there was no way that I was trying to rip them off. I was just exchanging a set instead of pick ups for another set of their pick ups. They said they would speak to Amazon about it, they got back to me saying that I was still liable for it, but they would take the hit for it because they knew that I was not ripping them off.
