When blending butter and sugar, the gap between which and gap becomes immediately obvious, and means you need to repeatedly scrape the unblended layer of the wall of the bowl. Once wet ingredients are introduced, it works perfectly, if a little loudly. So whisking perfect cream or meringues is very well managed. A bargain compared with the famous brands, and a competent home mixer blender. All parts must be washed by hand - not dishwasherproof.
