A: The resupply kit only comes with 24mm breastshields.  We have 27mm breastshields available for purchase also.

A: Good Afternoon! This kit comes with two items in each (two storage containers, flanges, tubing, and so on).  Those reviews were from a while ago when we had an issue with Amazon shipping.  Hope this clarifies!

**Q: Does this kit come in size 21mm?**
A: The resupply kit only comes in 24mm but you can purchase 21mm breastshields separately .
