Review: Properly worth spending a bit more to get proper noise cancelling - We actually bought 4 of these headphones in two separate orders hoping they will be good in a busy telesales office. Unfortunately even though they are compatible with the Yealink T28 phones we use, the microphones are over sensitive in that our customers are commenting how much noise there is in the background. Also customers are struggling to hear the operator with the background chatter from other operators. So we are going to look for some other headphones as we can no longer use these in the environment we operate, even though they advertise noise cancelling microphone to reduce background noise.
