**Q: If I, as a man, eat this, will I be "empowered" too?**
A: Our proteins have been formulated by one of the leading nutritionists  in the UK specifically for the female body, and this is because of the levels of vitamins and minerals in our blends. 
There is nothing in the product that says men cannot have it, but it certainly is more beneficial to the female body.

**Q: does this taste nice if made with water alone**
A: It’s personal taste really, trying different water/milks etc to see what you like.  I much prefer it with almond milk. Tastes different depending what you make it with but overall is better with a milk type fluid I think.

**Q: Is the package plastic free?**
A: It's current made from recyclable materials, and we are working on launching a compostable version soon!

**Q: Do you have a version without *any* type of sweetener?**
A: I would look at the website as they have free soul green which is amazing and zero sweeteners! 
It's hard to find protein without sweeteners otherwise it would be inedible ahah.. :)
But I love this is 100% natural and only very little natural sweetener.

Dissapointed in the new recipe. Have to agree with a the other reviews. As I have also been in contact with FreeSoul CS who were lovely. Sad fact is they have actually changed their formula for their vanilla and chocolate powders according to consumer feedback. Judging from these reviews being a census of negative recently - it doesn't seem like it? I absolutely loved FreeSoul for 4 years. It was the only vegan protein that tasted bearable in everything. My most recent purchase was a new formula and I started to wonder why EVERYTHING I put it into from shakes to recipes tasted vile. It turns out the addition of the salt makes a bitter aftertaste and also it tastes highly chemical. Absolutely gutted they made these changes and now have to hunt around for something new. Hope this serves as a warning to others thinking about purchasing the product. Maybe they'll revert the formula with enough complaints.
