We got this and it is the perfect size for our elongated toilet and was no issue installing! This was an easy replacement at a very inexpensive cost. It arrived quickly and I was able to put it on without any tools (the same cannot be said for the removal of the old one). The instructions were pretty direct and took very little thought. I really did like that it came with rubber gaskets for the top and a rubber stopper for the bottom. The parts are plastic, including the screw and nut so you really don't want to use tools on this.
