Customer service told me the TCB 090SA was just a drop in replacement and gave me a discounted price for just the top section since I can just reuse the porcelain base. Took whole of 10 minutes to disconnect old bidet and put in the new one. Not many companies even carry spare parts but it seems VOVO does. To make bidet parts last longer you really need to use softened water, but given how it needs higher water flow for flushing, can't really put filter on it.
