Review: Great product! - Have been using this cat food for our babys.....over a year. We buy them multipacks and they eat every single bite. Never had a complaint. In the entire time, there's only been two cans that ever were questionable by us. But that can happen in the processing of anything. Every product has been absolutely wonderful. If I was a cat this is exactly what I would be wanting to eat. We have six kitties and not one of them has ever had an issue. The vet says they are wonderful wait. Their coats are gorgeous and they thrive on this. Review: Cats love it, but diarrhea from unknown cause - I have two kitties, one is Eskel and the other is Putters. I've used this for several months now - I switched to this product while looking for something without carageenan, and looking for something to stop Eskel's diarrhea. Putters is doing great on this product, but Eskel has diarrhea periodically with it and I couldn't figure out why. I went to the vet (many times), they said he was fine and suggested trying to do one of their limited ingredient formulas to rule out a specific allergy - I had asked about doing an allergy test panel but they said it's not worth it, but I disagree. I didn't do their limited ingredient formula or trying their brand of gastro-foods because I don't think he was allergic to a specific seafood or anything like that and I also just don't believe in vets forcing their specific brand of product onto their clients just because they have to. I decided to separate the cans and feed them one flavor at a time until that flavor ran out to figure out which cans cause diarrhea. After doing some research some cats with IBD can be sensitive to 'guar gum' and other 'gums' in food (which act as a gelatin sorta agent in the food) And turns out from what it seems like, all the foods that cause Eskel diarrhea have the guar gum in it! I'm still experimenting - but in the meantime I've decided to switch to their Aloha variety which has added pumpkin in all of them and no guar gum. I shall see if that resolves it. Also this product seems to go out of stock and doesn't deliver fast enough. I had it on subscribe and save, but sometimes I'd need a box sooner and it would take a week to arrive, so I'd have to alternate a different variety pack until it arrived. Otherwise I've had no issues with opened cans, maggots, foul odors, or issues with bones. Cats are meant to have a certain amount of bone in their meals, I just take the can lid and dice up the fish chunks and my cats haven't had any issues. They love the taste, it's got good nutrients, I've never had a busted can. But I will be switching to the aloha variety and seeing how he does on that. ## Features - TIKI CAT MEGA PACK - Choose this variety of your favorite Tiki Cat wet food fish recipes all in one box - 12 FLAVORS - Choose from a variation of recipes from Tiki Cat Aloha Friends (5) and Tiki Cat Grill (7) - TIKI CAT ALOHA FRIENDS and TIKI CAT GRILL - 36 cans of delicious, seafood recipes for your cat or kitten - HIGH PROTEIN MEALS - Nutrient packed, high-protein meals to satisfy your cat's carnivore diet - NATURAL HYDRATION - Whole food meals in broth that provide your cat or kitten with the water and nutrients they need - NON-GMO INGREDIENTS - Healthy ingredients in every can to give your cat a complete and balanced meal - GRAIN FREE WET CAT FOOD - No vegetables, potatoes, or carageenan to ensure your cat is only fed the best ingredients - AGE RANGE DESCRIPTION: All Life Stages ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B08V4VJ61T | | Additional Features | Variety Pack with 36 Servings, Wild-Caught Ahi Tuna, High-Moisture Broth | | Age Range Description | All Life Stages | | Age range (description) | All Life Stages | | Allergen Information | Grain-Free, Non-GMO, Potato-Free | | Animal Food Nutrient Content Claim | High Protein | | Best Sellers Rank | #59,584 in Pet Supplies ( See Top 100 in Pet Supplies ) #1,125 in Canned Cat Food | | Brand | TIKI PETS | | Brand Name | TIKI PETS | | Breed Recommendation | All Breed Sizes, Giant Breeds, Large Breeds | | Container Type | Can | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 697 Reviews | | Dog Breed Size | All | | Flavor | Fish | | Flavour | Fish | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00693804480880 | | Item Form | Wet | | Item Type Name | Tiki Cat Favorites Cat Wet Food Whole Foods Variety Pack, Chicken or Fish 2.8/3 oz Cans (Box of 36) | | Item Weight | 2.97 kg | | Item form | Wet | | Manufacturer | Tiki Pets | | Manufacturer Part Number | 48088 | | Model Number | 48088 | | Number of Items | 36 | | Occasion | Birthday | | Pet Type | Cat | | Product Benefits | High-protein, real fish, and supplemental hydration for cats | | Recommended Uses For Product | Regular feeding of multiple cats, convenient stocking up, providing variety in cat's diet | | Special Ingredients | flaked fish | | Special ingredients | flaked fish | | Specific Uses For Product | Active, Behavior, Indoor, Outdoor, Weight | | Specific uses for product | Active, Behavior, Indoor, Outdoor, Weight | | Target Species | Cat | | UPC | 693804480880 | | Unit Count | 3193.94 Milliliters | ## Product Details - **Age range (description):** All Life Stages - **Brand:** TIKI PETS - **Flavour:** Fish - **Item form:** Wet - **Specific uses for product:** Active, Behavior, Indoor, Outdoor, Weight ## Images ![TIKI PETS Cat Favorites Cat Wet Food Whole Foods Variety Pack, Fish 2.8/3 oz Cans (Box of 36) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81-unvbCHEL.jpg) ![TIKI PETS Cat Favorites Cat Wet Food Whole Foods Variety Pack, Fish 2.8/3 oz Cans (Box of 36) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81frsO7R5ML.jpg) ![TIKI PETS Cat Favorites Cat Wet Food Whole Foods Variety Pack, Fish 2.8/3 oz Cans (Box of 36) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81uHWV8jrbL.jpg) ![TIKI PETS Cat Favorites Cat Wet Food Whole Foods Variety Pack, Fish 2.8/3 oz Cans (Box of 36) - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91etBWQGjrL.jpg) ![TIKI PETS Cat Favorites Cat Wet Food Whole Foods Variety Pack, Fish 2.8/3 oz Cans (Box of 36) - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91Hm79FUjiL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Where is this product made?** A: 🎣 🐟 😺 Hello and thanks for your question about Tiki Cat Wet Food, Seafood Selects Variety Pack! I want to start by saying I have bought tiki cat wet food for my cats since they were kittens. I gave them tiki baby chicken wet food for most of their lives, then transitioned to the adult food. When I bought this version of the food my cats smelt the food and didn’t want anything to do with it. Which is very strange for both of them to do. I thought they were just being picky so I kept feeing them a new can every day. Then my first cat vomited 4 times and had diarrhea for 4 days. I took him to the vet and all tests came back as normal, so it must have been the food. A few days later, my second cat had the exact same problems, vomiting and diarrhea. I immediately stopped feeding the seafood tiki cat and went back to the chicken tiki cat. Both got sick again. So I got a refund on all of it and switched them to an all dry food diet until I can find another alternative for wet food and their problems went away. Online, I saw they switched the formula and I am very disappointed because my cats used to love tiki cat but now their stomachs can’t handle whatever they put in there.
