After 2 he developed the diarrhea, day 1 and day 2. I tried 2 more thinking the second can was bad. It is day six since starting the product and his condition is starting to improve only because I changed to a different food I purchased locally. Amazon say the one package I have left unopen is not refundable. I actually signed up for a subscription but after wasting a hour of trying to cancel the subscription and answering dumb rabbit hole questions on the Amazon system I gave up. How does one talk to a Customer Service Representative? A company that prides itself on customer service. Ha!
