It was about a month before we had an opportunity to extract our kayak from the packages. Everything looked great except for a paddle blade that had a split in it. We put some super glue in the split in an attempt at repair. I also emailed Sunlite customer service to ask if they thought this semit-repair might last. Within an hour they responded and bypassing my question, they asked for my shipping address so thay could send me one in perfect condition. It was shipped the following day, and when I received it today, I was delighted. They didn't merely send me the one blade that was defective, I recieved a complete two-bladed paddle. I feel that this level of customer service indicates a total commitment to their customer base.
