A: The set I have does have a helper handle.

**Q: Discolor. I used this pan once and it worked great but after i washed it, it turned slightly copper. Is this normal?**
A: Same happoned to mine. Plus, everything seems to stick to this pan. When I scrubbed the residue it scratched the surface. Not a fan.
