A: i would think the expiration date would depend on the manufacuring date. I purchased this item over 6 months ago and the expiration date is August 2019. Your experience may be different. Good luck.

**Q: Is this a sustained/timed release formula? Your body doesn't store vitamin C so for it to be efficacious I need a sustained release formula.**
A: The label doesn't mention it as being sustained release

**Q: Are these chewable?**
A: Absolutely not. I made the mistake of chewing one today when I received them and it was repulsive. The texture is that of a chewable, however.
