A: Pin-out /RJ45 to rs232: 1-8;2-6;3-2;4-1;5-5;6-3;7-4;8-7.

**Q: monitor has (vga) connector hardrive rj45 connector will this work**
A: If you are trying to see what is on the screen this is not the correct cable. You need a VGA video cable.  
This is a cable used for other things such as networking or connecting a special type of printer to a terminal

**Q: Will this work for Juniper devices?**
A: only support juniper devices with console port.

**Q: so i just send udp/tcp protocol in my code and it will convert to serial?**
A: Yes, for me, it works.
