Review: A Great Dog Bowl - I came across one of these dog bowls a couple of weeks back somewhere else and bought it for my male dog. I've found it to be excellent, so I just had to get the matching pink one for my female. They are so much more attractive in you kithcen than the plain stainless steel and far more hygenic than the non slip bowls with the gasket right round the bottom edge. They are probably even more non slip as they are heavier with being double skinned and the rubber non slip ring is ribbed as well as conveniently tucked away about an inch from the edge underneath. Of course, the dogs would eat out of a bin bag if I let them, so don't care about any of this, but from a human point of view, they are hygenic, attractive and well designed. Size wise, this is a good size for a medium or large dog. The medium size would have fitted the correct amount of dry food in, but for dogs with a fat muzzle like a shar-pei, if you feed tinned food or have a dog that eats once a day or a lot of their size, this bowl is more appropriate.
