Sturdy, splitter adapter makes connecting two cables easy! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A useful tool when used properly. *by K***Y on March 24, 2018* These are useful for sending a signal to one of two RJ45 devices but it should be noted immediately that these are NOT "splitters" as you can only utilize one of the dual outputs at a time. It will not split a single signal equally under use with two devices. That said, they do accomplish the mission they are tasked with by giving more functionality to a single cable when it's called for. I subtracted one star not because of anything wrong but because they aren't shielded which would make them perfect for my needs. They should perform fine for most people's applications with no issues. ### ⭐ Does not work with a network switch *by M***R on March 4, 2019* This product does not work with a network switch, it creates a feedback loop and will shut down your switch. I searched long and hard to try to figure out if I could use this or not but didn't find anything about it before purchasing it for myself.
