Review: Excellent Chair and Outstanding Customer Support - The chair is extremely comfortable and looks great as well. The build quality is impressive, and I’m really happy with the purchase. Since it’s a DIY product, I had to assemble it myself. Unfortunately, one of the Allen keys required for assembly was missing from the package. I contacted customer care, and I was genuinely impressed by how responsive and supportive they were. They offered to either reimburse me for purchasing an Allen key locally or courier one to me if I couldn’t find it nearby. Since the shops near my house only sold Allen key sets rather than individual keys, I contacted them again. They were completely fine with me purchasing the entire set and actually reimbursed me for the full amount. I have honestly never experienced customer support this helpful and customer-focused. Huge kudos to the team! 👏 I highly recommend this chair—not just for its comfort and build quality, but also for the excellent customer service. Definitely a great purchase!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does it have seat sliders?**
A: No

**Q: Is it worth buying this chair or should i go for Savya Appolo or wakefit chair?**
A: I have no experience of using both chairs. May be you can check comparison reviews on Google. But, Da Urban Merilion chair is comfortable and stylish. I liked this chair.

**Q: If I’m reclining the chair then I’m unable to lock.(only lock is working at 90^•). So I got defected or lock is not available for multiple degree ?**
A: Chair does not have the locking option when you are reclining.

**Q: how is the lumbar support and overall feel of the chair?**
A: Lumbar support is not good. It's just a frimsy plastic piece that moves up and down and not provide any support.
Just a marketing gimmick I would say.

Overall feel is good but didn't stick for me.
I ordered one and it started wobbling side to side after 3 to 4 days. Had to return it.
Although the seat was good, nice and soft.
But the back rest and lumbar support are not good.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Quality Chair with Excellent Customer Support
*by R***E on 27 August 2026*

I bought this office chair for home use and overall, I’m quite impressed with the product, especially considering the price range. The chair is comfortable, sturdy, functional, and has a good overall finish. It is suitable for regular work-from-home use, and the build quality feels quite good for the price. The design is simple and practical, and the chair is easy to use and adjust. Unfortunately, the product arrived with a broken right armrest. However, the customer support experience was excellent. After raising the issue, the company immediately created a support ticket and followed up with me on WhatsApp, which made the process very convenient. Within just 4 days, I received two replacement armrests, including one extra, along with the proper toolkit, screws, and an L-key required for installation. The quick response and proactive follow-up really impressed me. Overall, the chair offers very good value for money, and the company’s after-sales support is a big plus. Despite the initial issue with the armrest, the way the company handled it gave me confidence in their customer service. Recommended for home-office use and a good choice at this price range.
