Review: Great Supplement - This prenatal is great! I have not experienced any side effects. It's made of more easily digestible ingredients. It has a good amount of Vit D for mood support. And it's made of quality ingredients. It is slightly more expensive and you do have to take 8 capsules a day, but I haven't found that too difficult. They have a lemon essence that I also didn't care for, but others might like.
