Review: Clean water on the go! - I thought I would give this product a go, as I was traveling to Poland and I really can’t stand the taste of tap water. From the time I got to the airport, I started filling up my metal water bottle and couldn’t believe the difference! The water tasted fresh and clean. I carried a little plastic bag to pop the stick into after 20 minutes (just a guess) so the stick didn’t come to the bottle top as I was drinking. This is honestly a game changer when traveling. It would also be good at home too! I saved so much money on bottled water which I’m happy about as I don’t like contributing to the use of plastic.

**Q: I’m buying a 8L glass water jug and was wondering how many pieces I would have to put into the jug to filter the water or do you do any larger sizes ?**
A: We are advising our clients to use 1 charcoal per litre of tap water to filter it effectively.
The more charcoal you add the faster the filtration is . To be fair, the filtration results will depend mostly on the taste of your tap water. So if the water has a ok taste to start with , it should take not time to filter it. If the water is hard , you may have to wait a lot longer to taste the difference.

That's my second review of this. First purchase a few years back was super! Great experience throughout with super tasting water!!! Mind you, I am using this in combination with a filter jug of a brand which shall remain nameless. The reason why I am using the carbon AFTER the filter? Well the water tastes 100x better and the carbon lasts much much much longer!!! Great quality I am telling you and do not hesitate to buy this. Especially now that the size of the charcoal appears to be standardised (received a box of assorted sizes last time I bought this, which resulted in me returning it for a refund, but they seem to have gotten the memo).
