During heatwave (27 degrees C outside temp,) and inside a car boot, kept food coolish after 4 1/2 hrs from fridge but chocolate was soft. For a field trip, (bag carried,) kept food cool for 6 hrs with ice blocks included. Average outside temp 22 degrees C. Shoulder strap provided found comfortable and very useful. Oasis drink bottle placed in lunch bag, as was not confident that drink would stay inside side mesh as top of mesh reached just below bottle centre line. Don't think it will be a problem with cans. Pleased with quality and overall design.
