A: TMJ is caused by inflammation.  As are many issues.  This product has the best and costliest ingredients to naturally reduce inflammation.  It is a supplement not a pain pill so it has an accumulative effect that will last an extended period of time as you take it.  You should notice something initially (a deeper sleep- more relaxed) after taking 2 capsules 30 minutes before bedtime.  Then take 2 a day for at least a week (you can take up to 6 capsules if necessary) and you should notice a significant reduction in the inflammation.  This product works great with the TMJ cream.
