I've tried blow up cushions and pre-filled cushions and this Turtle (TRTL) wrap actually worked pretty well. You can have the plastic supports around either side of the neck or towards the front. It can get a little warm but I found it quite comfortable and suffered no neck ache after using it.I have a tendency to sleep with my mouth open, nice, but this TRTL allows me to hide that fact by merely lifting the wrap up over my mouth.
