It works well and heats up great (though definitely gets hot to the touch on the outside so just be careful) It is sturdy and so flipping easy to clean up after. I've done a whole turkey and it cooked to perfect, filled it with sweet potatoes and russets for large pot lucks, etc. SO EASY! If you entertain or host large parties do yourself a friggin' service and just buy the blasted thing. You'll thank yourself later!
