Review: Good face, reliable time, night-light, water-resistant and rugged. - I wanted a rugged analogue watch with reliable easy to read time - including a light button for night - water resistant in case I forget to take it off in the shower, and which does not fall off the wrist. In all those things it is good and I like the way the strap clicks in firmly at whatever width you choose. I have quite a large wrist and this fits well. My only complaints (and I cannot remove a star for this because I wanted it just for telling the time) is that it stupidly has a date window which if you want it to be accurate involves you every month in a finger-shredding 10-minute twiddling procedure (you'll soon get sick of that): the other naff feature is the outer bevel wheel which is difficult to turn and will not be used by 99% of purchasers anyway. A: Hello there! The watch bezel does not rotate.

**Q: Is it easy to adjust the date?**
A: Yes, as easy as every other Timex, or other watches, it couldn't be easier. I've never had a problem and for 30 years, and apart from 1 Seconda and 1 Rip-Curl, I've only ever bought Timex, though I've changed the time/date on family and friends watches. This Timex is a truly superb watch and well worth the money 💷 🙂I hope this helps 😌🙏🕉️☯️ 🌈

**Q: The listing says it has a sapphire crystal. Surely that is a mistake- no way a watch at this price point could have a sapphire crystal!?**
A: Definitely not sapphire crystal. And if you don't mind my opinion (even though I did like this watch at the time-10yrs ago) I don't think this watch is worth any more than about £20. There are far better value watches out there from Casio and other brands. (The resin band was the first thing to go on mine). Good luck B

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Keeps good time!

A good basic watch but I hate the strap with a vengeance! How anyone can make a mess of designing a watch strap is beyond me but somebody at Timex has succeeded with flying colours. Once the watch is on the wrist and the strap is threaded into the retaining loop, it’s a fight to get it back out. I bought this watch mainly because it has a back light and apart from the strap I’ve been pleased with it as it keeps good time. It’s not of the same quality as a Timex reef gear watch which I had up to a few years ago but in fairness neither is it as expensive. To summarise if I ever damaged this watch I’d buy the same again but I’d certainly be fitting another strap
