**Q: Can you adjust the pull down height or is it a fixed position?  It would be nice to have a lower height for certain exercises**
A: Unfortunately it’s a fixed position

A: just over 3/4"...... but to be exact 13/16"

**Q: Will this fit a 6ft bar or is it for 7ft?**
A: We prefer to recommend a 7ft bar to fit.

**Q: What are the hole sizes? How far apart are the holes? How far from the floor is the last hole?**
