Pull Chain Crystal Bead Candelabra Ceiling Fan Light Kit

This arrived very well packed--important because those delicate pieces could get damaged in shipping. The box included 4 chandelier 40 watt bulbs. Four hanging crystals and 4 crystal chains are packed separately. The instructions show you how to attach them to the chandelier. The chandelier is heavy and seems well made--it's not some flimsy junk. I used the cover plate that was already on my ceiling fan. I spray painted it with Rustoleum "Heirloom White" which is a good match for the off-white/ivory colour of the chandelier. My ceiling and trim are Benjamin Moore Paint "Ancient Ivory" and this chandelier looks fabulous in the room with those colours. If your room is painted in a true white, this chandelier might look dirty in comparison. My ceiling fan is probably 35 years old (unknown brand), but my electrician was able to connect the chandelier with no trouble. It works well. The pull chain included is only for the light and it's lovely. It has a 1.5" crystal on the end. You will need to either use your existing pull chain for the fan operation or buy a new one. I spray painted my existing pull (which was brass) with more Heirloom White Rustoleum.

I like it, and it installed easily to our existing white ceiling fan-unknown brand. the only problem so far is that the bulbs that come with the kit are too tall! they literally hit the fan blades, so we cannot turn it on! hope we can find shorter bulbs!addendum:we found shorter bulbs, the round, globe kind, as you can see in the photo. Will continue to hunt for flame-shaped shorter bulbs, but we still love the light!

I was VERY skeptical about purchasing this light and attaching it to a fan, but it ending up turning out beautiful.I bought an inexpensive fan and used this light kit to make it beautiful. The only issue I had is that the color is an cream color, opposed to white, but I guess that is called "antique white" and my ceiling fan I purchased is bright white. In the daylight you can notice the color difference, but if the light is turned on, it does not look bad or different colors at all.My husband was a little frustrated with the installation. Because the light kit did not come with the ceiling fan it was intended for, it took a little longer to install, because the directions were not clear. It took hubby about 3 hours to install the ceiling fan and the light kit. Mostly, time spent, re-reading directions and organizing parts and supplies.

This looks beautiful in my daughters room! The beads are plastic but from on the ceiling it looks fine. I could not attach to the fan installed so I had to purchase a new one 🙁 Bought an inexpensive fan at Lowes. Needless to say installation took a little longer than planned. But we are in love with the final result.

My beautiful Pull Chain Crystal Bead Candelabra Ceiling Fan kit came, packaged very well, chandelier all assembled; however, there is NO DOME plate. My husband is having to be an electrical wizard to try to make this match our Hampton Bay Fan. Buyer beware, you are NOT getting this antiqued dome that is shown. The chandelier is Almond / Off-White and is beautiful. We hope to be able to get it to work with our ceiling fan.

I've had this casa vieja fan for years but when we moved and brought it with us there was switch on the wall. For 6 years I've been unscrewing light bulbs to run the fan at night. Anyhow. I finally sprung for this light kit and I'm thrilled!! Looks just like the original but is now much more functional. So happy I finally spent the money. Also very easy to install so that's a huge plus.

I had a few trepidations when I saw that my wife purchased this...mostly around how the heck I would install it. When it came, first look out of the box is that this is beautiful! Well made. Good quality. The moment of truth came when I popped off the bottom cap of my ceiling fan. Lo and behold, installation was actually quite easy. I was done in 5 minutes. only critique...one of the included bulbs came broken. good job and highly recommend. SN

This is a cute light kit (although the picture is misleading -- the domed cover plate is not included), but will NOT work with all ceiling fans as advertised, and LAMP PLUS will NOT pay for the return. In fact, they argued with me repeatedly when I explained that there is no way to attach it to my Hunter Original fan, which has easily accepted two other light kits over the years. Then they just stopped responding to my emails and ignored me. So I had to waste my time and money to send this large-ish box back.Make sure your ceiling fan will accept this type of single nipple light fixture, or, better yet, buy something from someone other than Lamps Plus.
