Mine was 4-5 inches and a bit wet but it cut it alright on the highest setting. Highly recommended ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beware the minimum cutting height *by F***L on 1 July 2026* Very light weight. High quality product. However be aware, it only has 2 cutting heights. The 40mm shortest cut will be too long for many peoples liking including mine! I managed to get it to cut 30mm by removing the blade from the drive shaft and slipping a 15mm copper pipe olive over the shaft as a spacer .
