A: Probably. But i used it for my VW 2013 Jetta and it fits very well. Maybe it might fit as we can read in the description "Audi A4..."

Perfect fit for my audi a3 8v saloon, looks oem with great quality, cam has nice resolution (even in my 5.8" screen) and works brilliantly even at night, had to cut the white cable since my module provided the dynamic parking lines and didnt want to have both

The field of view and angle make it so you can ONLY see the road. You can't see the vehicles behind. The camera is of no use and not sure how to contact the manufacturer.
