My daughter wears these so she feels more confident in doing her sports, and they have caught leaks and saved her clothes! They are Comphy aswel **Q: What is the best to get for a size 16 A L or XL** A: I'm not sure, bought them for daughter, she's only size 8 uk but they are a generous fit. **Q: Can I use them after giving birth** A: Yes I believe you can, but just be aware of the sizing as I purchased XL in this and it felt small. **Q: description says must wear with pad or tampon ..... but reviews are saying leak proof and that they don't wear pads ??? Are they leak proof????** A: Can wear on their own. Bought them for my daughter, she wears all day at school. Also can be worn all through night. She's been using them for 2yrs, they've never leaked! ## Frequently Bought Together - Anntry Women Period Pants Mid-High Waist Postpartum Underwear Leakproof Menstrual Cotton Knickers Pack of 5 (Must Wear with Pad or Tampon) - Yintry Women's Menstrual Period Panties Cotton Leakproof Underwear Protection Breathable briefs 5 Pack（Use with Pad or Tampon） - Anntry Big Girl's Protective Cotton Menstrual Period Panties Teens Breathable Leakproof Briefs Women Postpartum Underwear(Must Wear with Pad or Tampon) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/542044610-women-period-pants-mid-high-waist-postpartum-underwear-leakproof-menstrual](https://www.desertcart.us/products/542044610-women-period-pants-mid-high-waist-postpartum-underwear-leakproof-menstrual) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
