The bag will be supplied on a wrapped pallet which will be moved manually using a pallet trolley across smooth level surfaces (such as tarmac or concrete). The trolleys do not work on gravel drives, steeply sloped drives, grass and uneven surfaces, and cannot be lifted over walls, fences or into gardens. I was around 120 miles away when the driver arrived, but called me to let me know he was there. He was incredibly helpful. he agreed to deliver the load on my drive way and did so, so well that I could still park both cars. On the 2nd delivery, the drive put the 2 loads as close to my door as possible, as he knew I had to transfer it to by back garden, through the house (terrace house). I would 100% recommend, not only for the product, but also for the service.
