It's soft enough to pick the beads out while still giving a little bit of resistance. I had tried a different brand of silicone rubber with hardness of 15 but it was too hard to pull the beads out. But this one is nice and soft and, again it still gives good resistance. Easy to mix. Easy to use. Great results. No air bubbles.
