However, it is not well made - the velcro across the chest area fails to close and the coat is coming away from the edges. It now has to be secured with a safety pin, one of the elastic back leg straps has also come loose and needs to be re-sewn. Given that my dog has only worn it about 6 times, I am not impressed with the quality. The detachable lining comes in handy as a mat for my dog to lie on when travelling or working (she is an assistance dog). I mainly bought it for its waterproof qualities as she hates being rained on and it has proved good for this. It is also warm and stops her getting chilled through after swimming. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality and Value *by K***B on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 8 February 2019* Measured the dog before his haircut and he was a lot 'bushier' and while a little long (after haircut) its still a very good product - the old adage measure twice cut once doesn't seem to apply but in this instance coming up short may not be a bad thing, especially if the 'Hound of the Baskervilles' needs a trim!The bad measuring I take full responsibility for and is no fault of the seller or product, its a great product.Anyway it does the biz, will last for ages and keep my mum happy - as for the dog I am sure he's thinking it could have been worse it could have been a jumper, with antlers (or similar) ....Keith ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does the job well *by M***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 September 2018* I like that the fleece is dettachable so can be worn in most weather situations. Looks smart. Slightly too short for my dog but he’s very long so often have this issue! Also has reflective border which is a great added feature.
