Entsol Spray, Buffered Hypertonic Saline Nasal Spray, 100 ml

Twice a day usage relieves sinus and nasal congestions.More effective than simple saline solution sprays.More expensive than saline sprays but works more effectively.

My ENT Specialist first recommended ENTSOL Spray when I was pregnant with my daughter. At the time I was on year round allergy medication and taking 2 types of nasal spray. When I got pregnant I had to stop the nasal sprays. I normally was also using steroids and antibiotics a couple of times a year for sinus infections. We were talking about sinus surgery before I got pregnant. No one local sold ENTSOL Spray so I tried some other brands and didn't notice any relief. I then ordered ENTSOL from Amazon. 1 can of the 100ml lasts WAY longer then the store brands. It works a million times better too! ENTSOL Spray twice a day and using a steamer when needed kept me free from sinus issues the entire pregnancy. I also continued to use it afterwards. This course keep me free from the normal medications that I had needed before. I'm not pregnant with Triplets and having a lot of problems again. I ran out of the ENTSOL spray and could only find it for over $40 a bottle. That was a little steep for me, but I was about to buy it anyway because I was desperate when I found it for around $25 again. I immediately bought it at the price. Already getting some relief. I highly recommend this product for anyone with sinus and allergy issues. It works very well and is totally worth the price. Plus it will last longer then your store brands.

While Entsol is a good product, it got expensive. I ordered it because it does work well to irrigate and clean stubborn sinuses, like mine, when I'm sick. The day after I ordered it, I discovered another product as good for less than half the $$!! Isn't that the way it goes? I'm not sure I can mention the other product, but it doesn't come across the ocean to get here, if you catch my drift. Since it does what it's supposed to but $$, I gave it 3 stars. Try finding American products at local pharmacies first, though.

You will not find another product better than this one. It has prevented major sinus infections that I previously had as much as three to four times a year. The BUFFERED HYPERTONIC SALINE SPRAY KNOW AS ENTSOL was originally suggested by my ENT. Then it went OTC and what a God Send; Even my son who is a Physician @ Duke Univ has used it with success and prevented sinus surgery. Do not mistake the other available brands for this one , they don't compare. Use as often as you like, best I have found while in a hot shower early am and wait . Amazing for sinus pressure and can be used in conjunction with items like Nasonex spray.

After having a top allergist recommend this product several years ago, I used it for a while and bought it at his office. I have recently found the need for it again and had a hard time locating the product. The Doctor's office had moved ...so I tried Amazon and finally got it. It works as well as it did previously and has helped clear up nasal congestion for me;ENT-SOL spray has averted sinus infections so far.....without the side effects of other nasal sprays. I think the powerful "shot" of spray is what gets the saline where it needs to be to be effective.

I really like Entsol Spray but the expense is beyond the acceptable limit for the product (30 bucks for basically salt water?)

ENTSol has been helpful for a number of years opening up sinuses at bedtime.I would recommend it.

I love this stuff and it works. It is prohibitively expensive so no repurchase. Using Simply saline for allergies as a replacement. Not as good but I won't be in the poorhouse becasuse of it. Seller had lowest price though and shipped quickly.
