They’re sharp, the durability is brilliant and the material makes me so happy. I’ve had so many knives where the black of the handle has peeled off during the wash (I hand wash them) or the comfort of the handle has been too much that it’s bruised and blistered my skin. But THESE KNIVES don’t do any of that, they’re comfortable to hold and there’s been no peeling of material at all! They haven’t rusted either, the handles still very well built. The material is easy to clean except for the black covers, they take a little more scrubbing if you happen to get food on them but others their perfect. The blade covers are so ideal, no nipping of fingers when in search for a knife anymore!
