Or just more of a temporary solution?** A: I kept looking for more comfortable shoes and sneakers. After buying these Metatarsal pads, I can now wear them with all the shoes and sneakers that I determined were not comfortable. No pain when walking. Sometimes difficult to position them of feet and covering with a sock or sneaker sock, but worth the difficulty! I purchased more! **Q: Do they contain latex?** A: The instruction sheet says "sticky gel" for the stick on piece and "SEBS gel" for the toe attachment. No real ingredient statement. I have a mild allergy to latex and have had no problems after one week use. **Q: I bought these pads. after 0.5 or so walking the just moved out of position nor they are sticky. how do i supposed to wear them ? (and the socks? )** A: You really cannot wear them with socks. And yes, they become sticky after wear. I washed it with soap and water. Although the stickiness reduced but it did not completely gone! I was not happy with the design or the material! My only problem with them is that the toe loop is too big. This means that the cushion end up too far down my foot and doesn't protect the whole ball of my foot. This isn't a problem in shoes with a small box where I can squash them into place without using the toe loop. In larger boots, however, they don't protect my foot where I need the padding most. I tried placing it just in my shoe without using the anchoring loop around my toe but I was not able to keep it in place.
