This is genuine Orange Blossom honey, reminiscent of the Florida groves I grew up in decades ago. The flavor is spot-on. While some prefer to stay within their culinary comfort zones with their locally harvested honey, they’re missing a absolutely wonderful flavor. Try Orange Blossom honey on chicken.
