After using zip ties, velcro ties and other assorted means of banding wires together, someone finally got it right. The band, itself, is stretchy up to a point, the magnetic closure is solid yet pulls apart easily and the design is cute as can be in red which is hard to miss if in a drawer with other items. I used the first one to band the other seven together. ;D

**Q: How many are in package?**
A: These little hand magnets are fantastic. You can hardly keep the little hands apart. Extremely effective in hold wires, cords, oxygen tube, and just about anything you need to originize.
I recommend these to get things in order !!!!!!

**Q: Does anyone know the Length when open but not stretched and length when closed please**
A: When the hands are open it is 8 inches. When they are closed, they are 4 inches.
Enjoy them.  I love them.
