One lid clip broke in February, but the lid was still usable. Then, another broke in April and several more have the hairline cracks from pumping the air out. Out of all of these, I have 3 that work. The rest either have hairline cracks and no longer allow for suction or the side clip broke off. I noticed one lid had a hairline crack and does not hold a snug fit anymore after pumping. Normally, you call or get in touch with Snugtopia (or whoever you buy it from), you chat and they send you a fixed one or not. This company has ZERO ability to contact them. No number, no chat, no email. Nothing.
