If that's the case it would work. This charger works on either a 6 volt or 12 volt. **Q: For a Club Car configuration, will single unit maintain all 6 batteries or do I need 3 units for winter maintenance?** A: I do not believe it can maintain 6 batteries for the winter. I used it to bring back 2 - 6 volt batteries at a time, that had become unreadable by my normal charger because of low voltage. I put my normal charge on a weekly wall timer to maintain over a long period of time when I'm not around **Q: Will this charger p/u charge on nearly dead battery and not kick off & tell me to check battery** A: It did for me - my normal charger would not recognize my batteries and this unit charged them **Q: Will this charge completely dead batteries?** A: Nothing will charge completely dead batteries but I used this to charge batteries that would not take a charge from a normal trickle charger. It worked great for that.
