Knife nerds may bash the 420 hc steel but it is solid for skinning and cutting. It sharpens easy and lightweight and carries easy. For the price you should have two of these. The orange color pops. Great for carrying in the field like it should be. Skin a buck or fillet some fish with it. Get on it !!

handle feels great! locks sturdy, no blade play, feather-light, and sharp out of the box. wish the clip were a little deeper so that it would sit a bit deeper in my pocket, but it's a nitpick. the little box was a little squished, but the knife was perfectly safe, so I didn't mind. for the price, you can't beat it. 100% recommend!~
