First impression is created with the unboxing itself, it felt the luggage is designed very thoughtfully, it was easy to unbox but very well protected with minimal materials, they even used small pieces of cardboard to keep the trolley steady while transportingOnce I completely peeled of of packaging, the matte black trolley was looking majestic, definitely the best piece of luggage I own when it comes to looksI really wanted to test the strength of the trolley, I made my kid sit on the trolley and took him around in the house, very impressed, despite the fully loaded trolley and my 20kg kid sitting the wheels are gliding, they are smoothest I've ever experienced in any trolley, the yellow highlight makes it look cool too.The shell looks and feels very sturdy, the design in the front is gives it a very premium look, it is better in reality than in the pictures. TSA lock is something I realized that many brands don't provide, but giving it in this price range is a surprise. The handle has a nice smooth touch and goes in and out with ease, I tested it multiple times, fully loaded.Overall, a very good purchase! Looking forward to buy more from this Indian brand, truly made for #goingplaces

Built well with highest quality materials. Design and craftsmanship is really top notch.The wheels are so smooth, they make no sound in itself. The downside of that is that, the luggage can roll off on smooth surfaces and I wish there were some mechanism to lock the wheels.One problem I faced is that there is no handle on the bottom side, as is there in my American Tourister softcase. This makes it tough to load into vehicles in the lying down/horizontal position.
