Nice fit and it practically installs itself. Well, if you don’t get it tight enough, it tightens itself as you pedal. This is not a cheap piece of crap. Durable and well finished is a great way to look at this one. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product *by K***R on December 10, 2024* First of all, ignore all the other comments saying there isn't a way to remove it. You have to strip it down and take off the outer ring of the sprocket. You do this by taking off the reverse threaded ring on the top. Id take it apart over a bowl or something flat with a ridge around the edge to catch the ball bearings. Then you can either use a vise or slipjoint pliers and uscrew the inner part of the sprocket. After that its off and you can reinstall it on something else or replace it if you want. Using this on my 20 inch BMX and it works great, actually swapping the freewheel to a different set of rims while writing this review ## Frequently Bought Together - VG SPORTS Single Speed Bike Freewheel, 16T/18T/20T/22T/24T Compatible with 1/2'' x 1/8'' Bicycle Freewheel Threaded Type Freehub Replacement Parts - ZONKIE Bike Chain Single-Speed, Bicycle Chain 1 Speed, 1/2 × 1/8 inch,116 Links - SUN BICYCLES 6702199 Trike Replacement FW Adapter 15/35 mm with 2 Screws - Spare Parts for Bike --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/539695886-vg-sports-single-speed-bike-freewheel-16t-18t-20t-22t](https://www.desertcart.us/products/539695886-vg-sports-single-speed-bike-freewheel-16t-18t-20t-22t) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
