Just wet it thoroughly with cold water, wring it, snap it, and wrap it around your neck! It dried within an hour of being outside but I used a water fountain to use it again! It’s going everywhere with me this summer, lawn mowing, after-dinner walks, etc. Price is reasonable. Very good quality. Get one!
