**Q: Is there a battery in the light or do you plug it in?**
A: Sorry, mine does not have a light

**Q: Will it work as an additional rail at the bottom of a hospital bed?**
A: Yes. It would work wherever you place it. It slides under the mattress.

**Q: Does this work with an adjustable frame bed?**
A: It works great with my adjustable bed. I have a California King Bed. I bought a second one for the other side of the bed, because I like to switch sides. Only thing bad I can say, but it's minor thing, the bag that comes with it snaps on. I have one snap that will come undone. I just have to be careful not to put anything a little heavy in the bag.

**Q: Is the strap necessary? Im a widowed seniour with nobody to help secure the strap?**
A: Not at all. We have a queen bed and  we did not need to use strap. This bed assist is amazing very sturdy. Works very well.

Very pleased with this. Easy to put together and adjust to the bed. Very sturdy to use, easy for access to bed, and equally quick and comfortable to get out of bed. Easy to hold padded handrail for support. The extra details like the pockets and light added user enjoyment. When assembled and set up on the bed takes up no real floor space. Very highly recommended.
