I would give it 4.5/5 if I could. I needed this when I got in an accident and couldn't carry my things, and it's a life saver. I couldn't work without it. I love the 4 wheels for the options to change from pushing to pulling. It's very smooth, light, and durable. It holds the perfect amount for my needs. The only things that I could see improving are the hand bar that extends out to make it tall is not completely wiggle-free, but it is still sturdy and doesn't affect the usage. Also, the front wheels are just slightly too small, I think if they were a tiny bit bigger, it wouldn't get caught on rocky concrete or cracks as often. It's completely smooth on smooth concrete. I like that I can put my stuff on, wheel it out to my car and just put it in and take it out without having to take everything off and on.
