**Q: The main brush hits floor too much, or keeps lowering i feel, it causes the machine to shudder. Is there a quick fix cheers**
A: Replace brush after some time, it is a wareable and replaceble part. I don't have this issue with smooth floors

**Q: Is it good for pet hair?**
A: Absolutely

**Q: Is possible to connect the vacuum to a wifi with hidden ssid?  the mi home app allow this?**
A: I can control this from my iPad if nesscessary

**Q: How do i change the language to English.? Unable to get the app set up**
A: I had difficulties as well but after some research downloaded the app Mi Home.
You have to choose the country Singapore. It worked for me and than you will be able to get english language.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great vacuum, just a note for buyers

This item works really well and I'm very pleased with it, it does a really good job of cleaning and half fills the bin on each clean over the last few weeks, so it is definitely doing the job. The only reason why I took 1 star off is that I think they should include a long bristle brush for people with deeper pole carpets and a short bristle one for people with very thin carpets. My vacuum kept stopping every 10 mins and telling me that there was a brush error, after googling the fix for to just trim the brushes with scissors as it was to do with the carpet pile. Once I did that the cleaner continued to work great and pick up dirt and stopped complaining about the brushes.
