It contains a wide range of vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients, as well as active forms of key nutrients. It is manufactured in a GMP-certified facility. However, it is important to speak with your doctor before taking any new supplements, especially if you have any underlying health conditions.Would I recommend it? Yes. The capsules are easy to swallow, have no taste or aftertaste; however four capsules are required for each daily dose. I take two in the morning and two in the evening.The white plastic bottle is coded for recycling as type 2 resin. The large twist-off cap is easy to open for most, but it may be too large for senior or small hands. It is double sealed for safety and freshness.Pros:Supports overall healthProvides a wide range of vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrientsContains active forms of key nutrientsIncludes unique and beneficial ingredientsManufactured in a GMP-certified facilityA small business brand.Cons:May not be suitable for everyoneSome users may experience side effectsThe product is "tested," but it's not clear by whom, when, how often and if the testing agent is an unrelated third party.A premium value when offered at about $33 at the time of our review.The 120-count offer, at the suggested four capsules per day, comes at a cost of about $1.10. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An almost complete offering *by V***Y on August 24, 2023* I have to confess that I like taking a multivitamin as an insurance policy - yes, I try to eat a balanced diet, but getting everything in... it can be a challenge.This particular offering covers the basics in a good amount: it offers a good coverage of the B spectrum, there is a good amount of vitamin A (which you may want to decide if you want or not), a basic amount of vitamin D, a baseline coverage of some minerals. There is also a good amount of vitamin K2, which solves a bit of a headache there. I love the fact that it comes in capsules and not in tablets - it makes the ingredients easier to absorb. I also love that the dose is 4 capsules. This allows to spread the dose throughout the day (you probably don't need all that stuff in one go), and also allows you to decide if you really want to take all of the 4 tablet dose, or if you want to go for something less (I prefer going for 2-3 capsules a day).What I don't particularly like: The vitamin D dose may be on the lower side, but it's still high enough to need to be taken into account if you decide to supplement in addition to that. Similarly, you need a magnesium strategy in addition to what is provided in this supplement (which may be a good thing, though).At $33 for a month's supply it is a bit on the expensive side for a multivitamin, but not excessively so. It claims to be tested for purity, and to be manufactured (which probably means packaged in capsules) in the USA from domestically and internationally sourced ingredients, which at least inspires some confidence in adherence to cGMP standards.
