The Primus Lite Knit has a wide, foot-shaped toe box that lets your toes spread and grip, giving you a stable base for better balance and posture. The soft knit upper also gives a little, so barefoot shoes fit roomier and longer than conventional trainers, so if you are between sizes, choose the smaller one. To check, take out the insole, stand on it and leave about a thumb's width in front of your longest toe.
- NATURAL FEEL. Feeling is everything. The thin 2mm Primus outsole lets the thousands of nerve endings in each foot send your brain the feedback it needs to move with skill, improving coordination and agility. A 0.8mm Pro5 puncture-resistant layer adds protection underfoot without dulling that sensation, so you can feel the city as clearly as the gym floor.
- NATURAL FLEX. A flexible sole and knit upper let the muscles and tendons in your feet load and recoil with every step, building strength and mobility. Six months of daily activity in minimal footwear increased foot strength by 57% on average (Curtis et al., Scientific Reports, 2021). Wear them for weight training, calisthenics, HIIT and short runs, then straight out into the city.
